Massages do a body—and mind—good. Here are 9 scientifically-proven reasons to go get that massage.
This blog is my place to share everything that I love, everything that I am passionate about. That includes kicking fibromyalgia's butt every day, fitness, natural cures, dancing (especially Salsa), Girl Scouts (yeah, I said it!), hiking, biking, moving, healing, health, special events, inspiration, dance, fun topics, serious topics, requested topics, wellness, Zumba, and the list goes on. And I share all this with Love. Take Care and God Bless Love, Tonya www.TonyaOutlaw.com

Find Fibro Pain Relief With Massage
So, as you know, I am going to school to become a Massage Therapist. One of the reasons that I made this decision to go to school full time for nine months along with running a business (all the while forfeiting any hopes of a normal sleep schedule) is because I believe in the power of massage on those of us battling chronic pain.
I found this article that talks about how beneficial it is for us to get regular massage.

If you live in my area (Fayetteville, NC), you can come to Serenity Spa and let me take care of you. Only $30 for 60 minutes!
God Bless and Take Care

P.S. Comment below, please. Love it? Hate it? Indifferent? I'd love to know what you think!

I'm Gonna Be a Massage Therapist!
So, I am attending Miller-Motte College in Fayetteville NC to become a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist! I'm 3 months into the program and my graduation date is set for 23 December 2014. I'm so excited about this journey that I've embarked on because I know that I will be able to help so many people. And not only that, I will be able to help myself with my battle with fibromyalgia.
