So, one of the most aggravating parts of fibromyalgia is how hard it is to get out of bed in the morning. My body is absolutely WRACKED with pain and I'm usually exhausted. I having a really hard time now because I am in school for massage therapy so I have to be up at 7. Class is from 8:30 to 2:40 and then I have to take care of the family, teach Zumba and Salsa and my day usually ends around 10 or 11 PM. I will be doing this until I graduate the program in December. Needless to say, I am struggling a bit right now. BTW, please keep me in your prayers including a GINORMOUS hedge of protection.
But anyway, thank God I have discovered a routine that helps me to get moving. I have committed myself to doing this every morning and I hope that you guys join me!

I do stretches as part of my physical therapy. It made me sore at first but I'm really starting to feel results from it, amazing how pain and neuropathy can be stopped or reduced with simple stretches. Thanks for sharing!

Spike, I'm glad you are feeling results. Wed don't even realize how important it is for our bodies to be in motion. Stretching is a great, low impact way to do that.
